In the course of its activities, C2DS collects, uses and stores the personal data of its members, partners and, more generally, all its stakeholders. This information is used in accordance with the conditions laid down in membership contracts, partnership agreements, framework agreements and formal subcontracting contracts. It is strictly confidential.
1. Use of data
- Establish stakeholder profiles (members, partners, principals, subcontractors, training trainees, etc.),
- Collect identification information for billing purposes,
- Disseminate information and communications,
- Aggregate data entered on user accounts for the IDD Santé Durable® online self-diagnostic tool, owned by C2DS,

Collect data entered on online calculators.
2. Data transfer
The personal data of members, partners and all C2DS stakeholders is not communicated to third parties, nor is it used for commercial purposes.
C2DS may, with the agreement or at the express request of its stakeholders, communicate information specific to them, in connection with C2DS missions.
The data entered by users of the online self-diagnosis tool is processed anonymously for aggregation and reporting purposes. Facilities' responses are not communicated as such. Only the averages, percentages and ratios that emerge from the reports by sector or across all sectors may be communicated to authorities (ARS, HAS, federations, groups of establishments, ministries).
3. Data retention deadline
Unless you expressly request C2DS to delete data specific to one of its stakeholders, data will be kept indefinitely.
4. Rights
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force since May 25, 2018 within the European Union, members, partners and all C2DS stakeholders have the following rights over their data to ensure that C2DS complies with its commitments:
- right of access: stakeholders can ask us what data C2DS holds on them;
- right of correction and deletion: stakeholders have the right to correct data concerning them and to request its deletion;
- right to object: stakeholders may object to C2DS communicating information about them;
- right to unsubscribe: stakeholders may at any time click on the active link at the bottom of each C2DS communication to unsubscribe their e-mail address from the C2DS database.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these rights, or in the event of a dispute concerning the use made of the data, stakeholders may address their requests to :

5. Data protection and social networks
C2DS communicates via social networks, in particular Twitter and LinkedIn. The use of data collected during browsing is governed exclusively by the general terms and conditions of the social networks concerned.
6. Use of cookies on the C2DS website
The C2DS website uses cookies in order to compile statistics on visits and to enable members to remain connected during their browsing.
