European Week for Waste Reduction 2017 will take place from November 18 to 26. The Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l'Energie (ADEME - French Environment and Energy Management Agency) provides "generic tools" on its thematic website. Don't throw away, recycle

The Polyclinique Lyon Nord conscientiously sorts its waste but excludes a few items, including certain polypropylene measuring bottles and caps, which are then recovered free of charge by the "Romain et les Bouchons du Bonheur" association, which recycles them to finance projects benefiting people with disabilities.

Virtuous cycles for your waste: TerraCycle works alongside C2DS.

TerraCycle is a company specializing in the recycling of traditionally non-recycled waste, i.e. the vast majority of what we throw away. Collection solutions and recycling techniques are sought, but not at any cost. Indeed, the recyclability of waste is defined in terms of an economic equation: the cost of collection and recycling must be lower than the value of the recycled materials - logical!
