HQE extension for Polyclinique Saint-Côme
Since its complete reconstruction in 2009, the Polyclinique Saint Côme had already adopted innovative concepts linked to sustainable development. Capio offers LED bulbs to its staff
From November 13 to 30, all Capio Group employees can receive free LED light bulbs, thanks to a partnership with the "Leyton-Offee" company behind the operation. Le 11 octobre dernier, Plan Bâtiment Durable a lancé la version 2017 de sa charte d’engagement sur la rénovation du parc tertiaire public et privé. Initiée en 2013, cette démarche volontaire compte désormais 123 signataires impliqués dans l’amélioration de la performance énergétique et environnementale de leurs immeubles.

L’hôpital privé des Côtes d’Armor champion de la performance énergétique
L’hôpital privé des Côtes d’Armor (22), inauguré en 2016, est champion de la performance énergétique. Ce complexe high-tech de 27 600 m², comptant 300 lits et 15 blocs opératoires, est labellisé Bâtiment basse consommation (BBC 2005), c’est-à-dire que son besoin en énergie est inférieur à 50 % de la consommation conventionnelle de référence de la RT 2005.
