Summary
The order "supplements certain means requirements, as well as certain flat-rate values associated with the 2020 environmental regulation (RE2020) for offices [...] which were absent in the order of August 4, 2021 relating to energy and environmental performance requirements for building constructions in mainland France".
In addition, the text "modifies various elements of the calculation method, and supplements it with elements relating to energy systems that were not included in the method laid down by the Order of August 4, 2021.
It amends the provisions relating to certificates of compliance with the requirements of the 2020 environmental regulations and the 2012 thermal regulations, in particular to bring them into line with the provisions of decree no. 2022-305 of March 1, 2022.
