Mobili'Pro, for eco-responsible vehicle management

A simplified tool for small structures
Mobili'Pro meets the needs of organizations with fewer than one hundred vehicles, or local authorities with two to three hundred vehicles, often lacking dedicated resources and advanced analysis tools. This free solution offers simplified fleet management, trip analysis and formalized action plans, encompassing both costs and environmental impact.
" It's not a fleet tracking tool, like a workshop tracking tool with reminders about technical inspections. Mobili'Pro focuses on fleet improvement from three angles: vehicles, organization and drivers. We're working on different decarbonization levers that aren't just about vehicles, but also about behavior and organization ".
Personalized support from expert advisors
" Last September, we rolled out a free support scheme for one hundred structures, financed by ADEME. It's a three-year commitment, with the aim of implementing at least three actions. Participants benefit from the free support of advisors from consultancy firms ".
You can register for the program via mobilipro.frby signing a commitment letter. Once registered, users have access to a range of tools and individualized support.
" You have access to a public information site which explains how the system works, and from which you can access the web tool to monitor your fleet and enter data such as the number of vehicles, kilometers traveled, fuel consumption, insurance costs, etc. The tool then generates graphs and reports on the progress of your fleet. An interactive dashboard tracks fleet indicators, activity, cost trends and environmental impact.
Ongoing support and concrete action
Throughout the program, advisors support participants remotely - from data collection to the identification of relevant actions.

There are, for example, actions on the implementation of training in eco-driving, road safety by bicycle, on the deployment of electric bicycle fleets, an action to prioritize train over plane, to reduce mileage allowances paid by making electric service vehicles available. "

The aim of Mobili'Pro is also to create a dynamic community, where users' needs and suggestions can be integrated for continuous improvement of the tool.
