Tout au long de l’année, le C2DS créé de nouveaux outils en collaboration avec des adhérents volontaires. L’association poursuit également un travail qualité par la mise à jour régulière de l’existant.
Primum non Nocere® CSR LAB
The CSR LAB® - a tool developed by Primum Non Nocere®, a C2DS expertise subsidiary - gives you transparent online access to an effective technological and technical watch combined with a structured legal watch on products and services.
ARS PACA - Support on the right track!
At the end of 2016, ARS PACA entrusted C2DS with a mission to deploy a sustainable development approach among the region's health and medico-social establishments. A five-stage inventory - via an online questionnaire - was carried out in 2018.

Le C2DS et l’ARS PACA accompagnent 1600 établissements dans une démarche développement durable
Dans le cadre du PRSE 3 l’ARS PACA s’engage à favoriser l’implication des établissements sanitaires et médico-sociaux de la région dans une démarche de développement durable. Pour y parvenir, elle a missionné le C2DS !
Phthalate-free hospital" campaign
In 2007, 2010 and again in 2011, C2DS alerted all health and industry stakeholders to the lack of proof of the safety of phthalates, ubiquitous substances in the hospital environment.
Grønnköpingkið: the world's greenest hospital
The new university hospital in the town of Grønnköpingkið, which will welcome its first patients in 2023, will be the greenest hospital in the world. It will use only ecological and sustainable solutions and equipment, already in place in the Nordic countries, which are very advanced in the field of sustainable development in hospitals.
Establishments committed to responsible purchasing
The 2015 results of the C2DS IDD tool revealed last year that only 16% of establishments had trained all their staff, and 25% felt they had partially trained their purchasing staff. However, these results are up on 2014, and the initiatives and good practices are growing all the time: buying locally, favoring short circuits, establishing specific criteria in calls for tender and even in the general policy of establishments. Le projet PHARE
Le programme ministériel de Performance hospitalière pour des achats responsables (PHARE), lancé en 2011, vise à dégager des économies intelligentes, c’est-à-dire à mieux acheter pour donner des marges de manœuvre supplémentaires aux hôpitaux, dans un contexte général de réduction budgétaire. Tout cela, en conservant le niveau actuel de prise en charge des patients. L’objectif 2015-2017 du programme est d’obtenir un gain achat de 1,4 milliard d’euros.
La certification de la HAS et son volet dédié aux achats responsables
La certification HAS V2010 intègre un volet achats responsables, le critère 6f, qui vise à inciter les établissements sanitaires à favoriser l’utilisation de produits, services ou activités ayant un impact moindre sur l’environnement, et à intégrer des clauses sociales et environnementales dans les cahiers des charges des sous-traitants.
Le baromètre de l’ObsAR pour rendre ses achats plus responsables
Construit autour d’un référentiel qui intègre sept grands thèmes liés au développement durable, le baromètre de l’ObsAR permet aux acheteurs publics et privés de se doter d’indicateurs de mesure des avancées réalisées dans ce domaine. Sous forme d’un questionnaire en ligne, le baromètre a pour vocation de mesurer chaque année les progrès réalisés.
ADEME guides buyers in their "responsible purchasing" approach
Afin d’informer et de faciliter le passage à l’acte d’achat, l’ADEME met en lumière sur son site des outils pratiques et méthodologiques et, de l’information sur ce qui existe pour son optimisation : le passeport éco-produit, la boite à outils “achats responsables”, l’Ecolabel européen, le site internet TopTenpro.
Food celebrated the world over
Every year since 1979, on October 16, food has been celebrated around the world, under the impetus of the United Nations. Forced by obligations and motivated by national frameworks, but also driven by their own team dynamics, many healthcare and medico-social establishments are multiplying initiatives to avoid food waste, improve the quality of prepared dishes and recycle bio-waste.
A successful approach to catering
"Our sustainable development approach has enabled us to think differently, with an eye to the long term," explains Catherine Burstert, deputy director of the Résidence de l'Argentière (38). Major changes have been implemented, particularly in the catering sector. The possibility of a double choice of vegetables and starches has considerably reduced food waste, with each resident in control of the contents of his or her plate.
